All-Inclusive Plan

Applies to all guests booking with All-Inclusive rates

Arrival day

  • Your check-in time is at 3:00pm.
  • We will do our best to assign your room as early as possible before 3:00pm.
  • If you arrive at the hotel before 1:00pm, there might be a possibility to grant you access to use the facilities by wearing a temporary wristband (does not apply to groups), regardless of your room assignment (food and beverages are not included during this period).
  • Your All-Inclusive Plan begins with lunch at 1:00pm after receiving your final wristband at the hotel front desk.

What is included?

  • Lodging.
  • Three buffet-style meals at Tramonto Restaurant.
  • Selection of coffee and snacks at Cacao Coffee Bar (from the All-Inclusive menu).
  • Snacks at the Pool Snack Bar (from the All-Inclusive menu).
  • Drinks (house selection listed on the All-Inclusive menu) at the three aforementioned locations.
  • Taxes and gratuities for servers, bellboys, and housekeepers.

All-Inclusive plan rules

  • Food and beverages under the All-Inclusive Plan are exclusively for the personal consumption of guests paying for said plan.
  • Food and beverages may only be ordered by and served to guests paying for the All-Inclusive Plan, and cannot be given or transferred to other guests or family members.
  • Guests must identify themselves with the wristband provided by the hotel to request food and beverage service, for which they will be asked to sign the bill for control purposes; this does not mean it will be charged to their room account.
  • Room Service and à la carte dishes at Tramonto Restaurant are not part of the All-Inclusive Plan.

Schedules

  • Food and beverage service for the All-Inclusive Plan is available from 7:00am to 10:00pm across three locations:
  • Tramonto Restaurant, featuring buffet-style meals from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, except from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served.
  • Cacao Coffee Bar, with a variety of coffee-based drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks, from 6:30 am to 1:00 am.
  • Pool Snack Bar, including snacks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

The day of your departure

  • Check-out time is at 12:00 pm.
  • Your last meal would be breakfast, which concludes at 12:00 pm, the deadline for room check-out and the return of your wristband at the front desk.
