Ensuring a safe and comfortable stay
At our hotel, the safety and health of our guests and employees is our top priority. We have implemented a number of measures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.
Cleaning and Sanitation:
We have increased our cleaning and sanitation practices throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms and public areas. Our staff uses hospital-grade disinfectants and focuses on high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls
Social Distancing:
We have implemented social distancing guidelines in all public areas of the hotel, including the lobby, elevators, and restaurants. We have rearranged furniture and installed signage to remind guests to keep a safe distance from others.
Employee Training:
All of our employees have received extensive training on proper hygiene and cleaning procedures. They are required to wear masks and gloves when interacting with guests, and we have provided additional protective equipment as needed.
Contactless Services:
We have implemented contactless check-in and check-out procedures to minimize contact between guests and staff. Additionally, we offer contactless payment options and encourage guests to use our mobile app for room service and other requests.
Food and Beverage:
Our restaurant and room service operations have been modified to adhere to social distancing guidelines. We have also increased sanitation procedures in our kitchens and food preparation areas.
Health Monitoring:
We have implemented health monitoring protocols for our employees, including daily temperature checks and symptom screening. Any employee who displays symptoms or comes into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 will be required to stay home and follow the recommended quarantine protocols.
