This spacious suite offers privacy in its King bedroom, as well as two single beds in the living area. A large bathroom and space for an extra bed are part of the added features.
Deluxe Room King for Handicap
Featuring One King bed, this room offers facilities for guests with special needs, such as wide access in the interior, bars in the bathroom area and roll-in bathroom.
ALL-INCLUSIVE PLAN
Applicable for all guests reserved with All-Inclusive rates.
ARRIVAL DAY
- Check-in time is 3:00pm.
- We will do our best to assign your room as soon as possible before 3:00pm.
- If you arrive to the hotel before 1:00pm, we will give you access to the premises wearing a provisional bracelet, regardless of room assignment (meals and drinks not included during such period).
- Your All-Inclusive Plan will start with lunch at 1:00pm after picking up your permanent bracelet at the front desk.

- Accommodations.
- Three buffet meals at Tramonto restaurant.
- Coffee and snacks at Cacao Coffee Bar (All-Inclusive menu).
- Snacks at the pool bar (All-Inclusive menu).
- Drinks (house brands listed in the All-Inclusive menu) in all three outlets mentioned above.
- Taxes and gratuities for waiters, bell men and maids.
ALL INCLUSIVE RULES
- Meals and drinks featured with the all-inclusive plan are intended for guest personal consumption only.
- Food and beverage may only be ordered by and served personally to paying all-inclusive guests, and they may not be transferred or handed over to other guests or family members.
- To request food and beverage, guests must identify themselves with a bracelet provided by the hotel. The food & beverage bills must be signed by guests for control purposes but won’t be charged to the their room.
- Room Service and a-la-carte menu at Tramonto Restaurant are not part of the all-inclusive plan.
SCHEDULE
Food & beverage service for all-inclusive plan is available from 7:00am to 10:00pm in three outlets:
- Tramonto Restaurant, featuring buffet meals from 7:00am to 10:00pm, except from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available.
- Cacao Coffee Bar, with a variety of coffee drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, and snacks, from 6:30am to 1:00am.
- Pool Snack Bar, with snacks, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, from 10:00am to 8:00pm.
DURING YOUR DEPARTURE DAY
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- Your last meal will be breakfast, ending at 12:00 noon, which is the limit time to hand over your bracelet and check-out at the front desk.
